Project Summary:
Crawford Brewing Equipment provided a turnkey solution to Dimensional Brewing Co. in Dubuque, IA. The system included: 7BBL brewhouse with Mash Mix Option, (3) 7BBL fermenters, (2) 15BBL fermenters, a CIP/Brewery floor pump, grist hydrator, 7BBL grist hopper, and the “Otto” Automated Keg Washer. Crawford also engineered the steam and glycol piping for the job and provided installation.

A city with a rich history in brewing added a new attraction to the Dubuque Lower Main District in November 2018. Dimensional is the city’s third brewery to open its’ doors since 2014. Dimensional’s owners are Tom Rauen and Jeff Burds. The brewery, which also features a taproom, is located in a brick building at 67 Main St. in a historic property that dates back to 1916. The taproom features reclaimed wood throughout.
