Crawford Brewing Equipment designed and fabricated a system for Municipal Brew Works (Hamilton, OH). The system included: 15BBL brewhouse with keg washer and etched glass manways, (4) 30BBL fermenters, 30BBL hot liquor tank, 30BBL brite tank, grist hopper, and G&D Dual 7×7 chiller. Crawford also engineered the steam and glycol piping for the job and provided installation.
Sean Willingham and the crew at Municipal Brew Works are excited to provide craft beer to Hamilton, OH. Municipal features the Courageous White IPA and the Approachable Blonde Ale, along with other options and seasonal selections. The brewery is located in the Frederick G. Mueller Municipal Building at 20 High Street. Built in 1935, the building currently serves as home to Heritage Hall as well as an incubator space for business development.
