Project Summary:
We provided Municipal Brew Works with complete turnkey installation of a 7bbl electric brewery with condensate stack at their second location, Spooky Nook. Equipment included a G&D 7x7 dual stage chiller, four 15bbl unitanks, one 15bbl brite tank, dump hopper and flex auger for milled grain, and hot water on demand system.
Client Experience About:
This location was challenging due to not being able to vent the brew kettle, so we included a condensate stack which condenses the steam into water and sends it down the drain.
