Project Summary:
Crawford Brewing Equipment was proud to work with Pugsley's Brewing Projects International for a brewery they were creating for a customer in Nashua, NH. They provided drawings for their own design which included a brick insulated direct fire brew kettle. We also created a mash/lauter tun and "hot liquor back" to their specifications. We even created the perforated and chamfered lautering screen and a unique rotating sparge rig. This project is a great example of how Crawford can work with clients who have their own design. We took his engineering drawings for a different volume brewery, along with some sketches, and created a 3D computer model of the new equipment. Through virtual meetings, we worked on the design and made the equipment while the client was on the other side of the country. This use of technology is extremely helpful for projects like this and was convenient for the client as well.
