Crawford Brewing Equipment helped Updraft Brewery create a functional and efficient brewery in a very compact space.

We provided a 7bbl brewhouse, two 7bbl fermenters, two 15bbl fermenters, 15bbl hot liquor tank, 15bbl cold liquor tank, boiler, G&D 7x7 dual stage chiller which we set on the roof, reverse osmosis water system, and complete mechanical steam and glycol installation. Crawford also designed and installed a chain disk grain handling system with roller mill and grist case. They are located in Platteville, WI and did extensive renovation and an addition on a building downtown. If you are in the area, come check them out!
